Blogs are the ultimate expression of our narcissist self. Why would most of us think that anybody cares about what we have to say about anything. How can I, a 46 year old working class man have an informed opinion about most life events. So I chose to blog about what I know best. What it’s like to live as a 425 lb. middle age man who is both comfortable with his size and loves “Livin Large”. I would like to challenge some of the myths (fat people are lazy — I work 50 to 60 hours a week), or that it’s a disease (I’m fat because I eat too much). Fatties are one of the last groups of people that it is still acceptable to discriminate against. Here’s my futile exercise at web immortality and my chance to put my talent at being an unconventional smart-ass to some use purely for my personal pleasure. I welcome comments and debate as long as it remains good-natured and healthy.
